  • Project Manager

    Dynamic team member with extremely strong project management skills servicing top level executives and demanding customers. Candidate should be able to manage complex client engagements while at the same time manage project details without losing sight of the overall client objectives. The location will be in Atlanta, GA.

    Summary of essential job functions:
    • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Scheduling client research projects with NeuroFocus Lab, analysis of results and reporting of results.
    • Resolution of client issues quickly and to the clients satisfaction.
    • Tracking, measuring and reporting client satisfaction.
    • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
    • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
    • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
    • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree required. (Masters Degree a plus)
    • Minimum 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
    • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must have significant and relevant experience in advertising, promotion, market research, branding, management consulting.

  • Responsible for all stages and types of studies for the business from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. A major part of this position is to provide a proactive interface between the client and Lab Operations staff to ensure effective definition and delivery of study.   • NeuroLab Director

    NeuroFocus has recently built the largest, state-of-the-art Electrophysiology facility in the world at its Berkeley headquarters and is expanding globally with more national centers. We are looking for top Neuroscientist(s) to manage our Atlanta NeuroLab. Responsible for the management and quality assurance of the Atlanta NeuroLab infrastructure and operations.

    Summary of essential job functions:
    • Responsible for running a human physiology lab employing electrophysiological, eye movements, and peripheral biometrics to analyze marketing material.
    • Direct lab personnel and interact with business leaders as part of your regular duties.
    • Duties will include eliciting client needs and objectives. Maintaining quality standards for protocol design, experiment design, subject recruiting, management of the data acquisition process, and review of analysis results.
    • In addition, you will also be responsible for the management and upkeep of the laboratory infrastructure.
    • Responsible for operating and maintaining the training and certification programs for the NeuroLab scientific teams.
    • Maintaining the repository of scientific protocols and applications.
    • Work with team of Neuroscientists and interact with business leaders to ascertain client needs/objectives, experimental design, protocol development, data acquisition management, and review.


    Minimum requirements:
    • Ph.D. or M.D., post-doctorial training.
    • Deep expertise in Neuroscience, Electrophysiology, extensive publication in top journals.
    • Expertise in human EEG/ERP recording methods, data analysis, and strong scientific background in cognitive neuroscience required.
    • Experience in running a lab is a plus.
    • Background should include management experience of multiple laboratory groups, interaction with scientific counterparts, superior personal and speaking skills necessary; publication record, presentation at meetings, and references for candidates obtaining their graduate degree within the last 5 years.

  • Sr. Partner in Consulting Practice – Requisition # 1035

    The Partner in the Consulting Practice is responsible for the development and presentation of neurological studies commissioned by key clients. This role will work closely with the client to understand the business needs and the scientific analysis group to understand the outcome of neurological studies. Of primary focus will be developing a deep understanding of client's business needs/objectives, developing insights from the results that benefit the client and developing lasting relationships.

    Summary of essential job functions:
    • Manage complex client engagements
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at client site
    • Maintain active portfolio of client goals and deliverables
    • Develop actionable insights from neurological studies
    • Present results of neurological studies directly to clients

    Preferred requirements/skills:
    • 10+ years direct management of clients (mid-sized and institutional) in addition to expertise in managing a team of managers at various levels
    • Previous experience working directly with C-Level executives in both line of business and strategic role.
    • Ability to work independently and under extremely tight deadlines
    • Must have an extraordinary ability to distill information, discern business and qualitative insights from quantitative data, and present conclusions understandable to consumer insight and business managers.
    • Must have significant and relevant experience in market research, brand research, consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods, advertising agency, advertising analytics, demographic research, product development or marketing consulting.
    • Educational qualifications preferred are advanced degrees in Social Sciences, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or Systems Sciences; or Masters in Business, Psychology, or Sociology and solid work experience.
    • Experience with market research firms, strategy consulting firms or client/account management with large advertising agencies is a big plus.
    • Must be able to prepare and present outstanding written and verbal reports in the areas of market research, advertising analytics, and program research.
